That’s why we invite contributors and guest voices to share their experiences, stories, and ideas. Each article reflects not just a single viewpoint, but the richness of what happens when leaders, coaches, and teams come together to exchange knowledge.

Carlos Cadogan - Carlos Cadogan is a Certified Cultural Intelligence Consultant who helps individuals and organizations improve their capability to function effectively in a cultural context. With over 20 years of experience leading successful diverse, and inclusive teams, he has turned his passion for developing and coaching individuals into a cultural competency consulting firm named, The CQ Mindset.

The CQ Mindset supports leaders and organizations to achieve and develop cultural intelligence skills and applications across all desired outcomes such as cultural competency, inclusion initiatives, executive performance, and leadership development and organization effectiveness.

Carlos is also an Assessment Consultant at Multi- Health Systems. Carlos formally volunteered on the Diversity and Inclusion Board for the Town of Stouffville, Ontario, and a former mentor for at-risk youths through KuppaFoundation.org. Carlos holds a certification in leadership and Inclusion through Centennial College and the CanadianCentre for Diversity and Inclusion.

Cindy Benning - Cindy, a Certified Executive Coach, holds a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in business. With over 25 years of experience, she served on the Executive Committee of two prominent pharmaceutical companies, specializing in manufacturing and quality. In early 2021, Cindy embarked on a journey to share her insights, culminating in her book 'Being BRAVE' and the development of the BRAVE® behavior model, aimed at empowering leaders and organizations.

Through her company, Dragonfly Insights, Cindy draws inspiration from the symbolism of dragonflies, representing self-reflection and transformation. Dragonfly Insights collaborates with individuals and organizations, offering solutions that address operational efficiencies through a holistic approach encompassing processes, structures, and behaviors.

David LeBlanc - A catalyst for change, an empathetic facilitator, connected story teller and team coach, David is the go-to coach for individual leadership development and team development, creating meaningful and sustainable impact. 

Having worked in a variety of public and private settings, with a focus on operations, David brings a holistic view of the systems we are a part of, and how these systems and our responses to them impact our success. David is a firm believer that in recognizing our own narrative and self-awareness, we have the opportunity to tap into possibilities, overcome obstacles and conflict, redefining our future, both personally and professionally.

As we move through various stages of our life and career, it is important to evaluate our approach, and at times conditioned responses, to make sure they are still relevant, ensuring we continue to operate in the most effective way possible for both ourselves and those around us.

Using a coach approach to growth and development, David works closely with leaders and teams, and looks for opportunities to tap into the broader system(s), creating an impactful, and often transformational learning experience.
